Activity is gaining momentum with the news of the removal of the tax on secondary homes.
British Columbia's Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will be GONE ON APRIL 1ST! Thank goodness. This change and reduction will provide SAVINGS ON SEASONAL RECREATIONAL HOMES. The value-added property purchase tax will go from 12% down  too 5%. THIS IS A SAVINGS OF $21,000 ON A $300,000 PROPERTY.
