Easter Sunday I showed 849 Crandall Road and we now have an accepted offer, we are now working on removing the conditions.
On Easter Monday I showed at the ski hill - 1615 PW, Aspens and Selkirk's, I think they are most interested in the single family home or the Selkirk's.
789 Golden Donald Upper was shown and it went very well
507 7th was shown and and they put in an offer but it was not accepted
503 5th was shown the showing went very well on this income property
Again showings of the ski hill 2 bedroom condo's 309 MT and 308 GL coming out as the 2 favourites
So still steady on the showing front hope to see more offers come in over the next few weeks

It has been slow for the last month with just a few showings but the last week has been much busier and the recent showings include:
Ski Hill:
1615 x 2, 1636 and 1608 Purcell Woods, Glacier Lodge 308, 103 and 304 condos were shown and Selkirk #16, #13, also #21 & #54 Aspens and just today an offer came in on 103 Mountaineer.
Intown & Rural:
Since turning over to Remax and having 7 Realtors in the office we are seeing lots of showings of our listings, 503 5th, 507 6th, 2726 X 2, 1415 Birch x 2, 1016 King Crest, 802 Nicholson Frontage, 735 Nicholson, 789 Golden Donald Upper, 628 Lafontaine, 1363 GDU x 2, 1735 Oberg Johson, 1630 Oberg Johnson, 615 Habart Lower Road.
