More showings over the last week
789 Golden Donald Upper has seen 3 showings and more scheduled for the next week, we did get an offer over the weekend but we could not get together on price.
I showed 849 & 857 Crandall Road and both homes showed very well and have my clients contemplating an offer.
I was at the ski hill for 3 hours showing single family homes
1608 PW, 1615 PW, 1620 PW, 1636 PW & 1594 Golden Ave.
Clients are thinking about it and will get back to me if they want to go forward.

WP #9 is now SOLD
We have had more people looking at properties in the last 2 weeks than we have had in the last 6 months, the market is definitely busy.
Showings out of town have included:
2726 GDU, 2458 Kettleston, 1735 Oberg Johnson x 2, 1363 GDU x 2, 615 Habart Lower, 735 Nicholson Rd.
in town include:
527 12th x 2, 503 5th, 507 6th
Ski Hill include:
Once again the under $500k is busy with showings but I have started to show the Selkirks and single family homes 1615 Pw x 2 keeping the price under the $1,000,000 mark but good to see the increase in the Buyers budget.
