HST has been voted out!!! but from what I read it will take 18 months before it is removed so HST is still here for another 18 months!! we will keep everyone updated on progress with this.

We did not get together with the offer on 811 Barber road, also 1113 11th Street is back on the Market, So we are getting a few offers but we are not getting to the end zone. Things are quiet at the moment, which is generally what happens at this time of year with holidays coming to a close and the new school year starting. We hope to see some more activity mid September.

The HST referendum votes closed on August 5th but it will take till the 25th of August to count all the votes, then a report will be put out in November. They say it will be a close vote but I hope we find out what is happening before then.

The sun is shining in Golden and a really busy August long weekend bought lots folks into town and the Resort.
