It was a beautiful Spring day in Golden on Sunday, the sun was shining and the snow is finally receding in town, the ski hill still has lots of snow though making for a very enjoyable spring ski.

Real Estate enquiries and the market seem to be gathering pace now that spring is arriving, we hope to see some more properties moving very soon.

The Columbia River is now starting to defrost and the wildlife is returning in abundance, including the illusive and camera shy Great Blue Heron which Wendy managed to get a picture of (at last!)
