Winter is not over yet!!!! we have received 2 cm in town and the hill has had over 35 cm this week making for a great end to the ski  season and a record year of snow at Kicking Horse.


With the recent price reduction on 310 Mountaineer to $228,000 + HST we received an offer and we could see it close at the end of April.

Another offer has come in on 1750 Campbell Road but has not been accepted, looks like people are getting that spring fever and we are starting to see the market heat up.
