Things remain busy in Golden, lots of activity with regards to showings and some offers now coming in. There have been a couple of showings of 1248 Alexander with the recent reduction in price and now there is an accepted offer on it. Showing of 1016 14th Avenue and a couple of showings of 1508 14th.


1315 Selkirk Drive was shown twice and there is now an offer (not accepted yet) in on that property, I also have an offer on a single family home at the ski hill which has not been accepted yet either.

We like to ensure that we have at least half a day to chill and our recent trip to Emerald Lake was wonderful, the walk around the Lake is an easy short hike and the scenery of course is spectacular.

BUSY BUSY here in Golden lots of activity with regards to showings and enquiries. Recent showings include 10 single family homes at the ski hill between $1.5 and $2.5 million and my clients have requested more information on their top 3 homes. 1508 14th Avenue has been shown 4 times, 1332 Selkirk Drive and 1315 Selkirk Drive have been shown, 1205 10th Ave and 1248 Alexander (price reduced again to $309,900) was shown twice, 1214 Alexander was shown and there is now an accepted offer on it.

Recently we paid a visit to our resident Grizzly Bear "Boo" up in his refuge, he sure is a beautiful bear and the interperative talk and tour were wonderful and highly recommended, here are a couple of pictures of him.








We also took a few hours aside to hike into Wapta Falls, fresh air and nature at is best, here is a picture of Team Chambers next to the falls.

Team Chambers has just returned from some down time at the lake, we enjoyed some rest and relaxation in the sunshine. Here is a picture of the sunrise at 06:00am !!!
