The sun is shining in Golden and Sunday was a great day to get away and spend it with my Family, we went for a hike to Sherbrooke Lake just west of West Louise Lodge a 1 hr moderate hike to a crystal blue lake, it was well worth it and we had a lovely time.

We are now starting to see some offers along with a few showings.

Showed 1417 Adolph Johnson and there is now an accepted offer on it. Had an offer on 1508 14th Ave. but could not get together. Recently showed 1713 Oberg Johnson.

New listings are:

1214 Alexander Drive listed at $339,900 a nice and tidy home in the popular Alexander Drive subdivision, definitely one to check out and it is ready to move into now.

1315 Selkirk Drive listed at $499,900 - this property sits on one of the best view lots in Golden, the views are spectacular and include the Ski Hill, Purcell and Rocky Mountain ranges and the Town of Golden.

Crazy thunderstorm here in Golden last night - took a picture of this lightning strike hitting the mountain near home at 10pm !!!

Things are busy in Golden and showings in the last couple of weeks include:

4483 Graham road, my clients really loved the property and they have put in an offer. 649 Crandall Road, the people really like the place and is on top of the list. 507 6th - It might work as a reno project and my client is thinking about it. I showed Single Family homes at the ski hill , 1604, 1611, 1615, 1618, 1622, & 1627 in purcell woods and only one outside of PW 1594 Golden Ave. Although they did look at a couple over the $1m mark I am sure the one of the homes under that might see an offer soon.

Have had a couple of showings of #49 GMHP and hope to see an offer or 2 on it this week. Also showed the South Ridge Road Lot and have a possible offer coming in from my client.

The sun is shining here in Golden and temperatures are in the 30's (90f) - beautiful. We just returned from a 4 day road trip to Vancouver and the USA, lovely to get some downtime, see family and watch the sunset over the ocean.








Latest happenings in the real estate world are showings up at the Ski Hill, the Whispering Pines units were shown, the clients liked the units and are going to think more about things. 507 6th Street was shown 3 times.
New Listings this week:

2495 Hwy 95 listed at $419,900 - a 4 bedroom home sitting on 15 acres.










901 11th Street listed at $549,900, a beautiful heritage home in the town of Golden, lots of potential for a B and B business - this one is worth a look.











Recently reduced in price is 1713 Oberg Johnson Road now listed at $229,900.
Things have been a little slower but we are starting to see some showings and enquiries coming in again.
