After showing my client single family homes over the weekend they decided to put an offer in on 1596 Golden Ave. and we now have an accepted offer, this will be the second single family home that has been sold at Kicking Horse this year. http://www.century21golden.com/homes/s1596.htmlSome 1 and 2 bedroom units were also shown at the mountain over the weekend including 310 MT and #56 Aspens the feed back I got was that they have still not decided what to purchase, but really liked the views from the top floor Aspens.
Kicking Horse has announced Early opening because of all the recent snow. They will open on December 3-5 then fully operational on the December 10th.
Except for some activity at the ski hill the market has been very slow as people get ready for Winter / Christmas and I am sure things will get going again in the new year.
