Fall is on its way, the early morning air is crisp, there is a dusting of fresh snow on the mountains and our furry seasonal visitor, the black bear has returned making his usual trail through our yard stopping to eat apples and even taking a bite out of our organic cabbages in our garden !


Things are busy for the start of September in Golden there is now an accepted offer on 1315 Selkirk but it is a conditional offer, there is also an accepted offer on Lot #1 South ridge along with an accepted offer on 1508 14th Avenue. I am still also working on getting together with an offer on a house at the ski hill.

Just recently I did have one couple interested in Single family Homes at the ski hill but they are still trying to decide between Panorama & Kicking Horse and I also have a few other email enquiries about Ski Hill properties coming through.
