Hello from a very Rainy Golden ! hopefully we will get some warm sunshine soon.

I showed recently at the ski hill but both the people I showed have decided to wait for now, they might look again when it gets closer to ski season. Also shown this week 1332 Selkirk, 1525 Fir and this was the prefered home, 811 Barber, clients will be coming back for a second look, 503B 10th, client very interested but needs to sell a home first, 1508 14th Ave shown for a 3rd time, 1750 Crandall Road was shown, 507 6th Street was shown for the 3rd time - showings are picking up hope this leads to some offers.

Recent showings include ski hill - Whispering pines and 2 and 3 bedroom Condo's units my clients are going to go home and have a good think about all the info I gave them.
e-mail enquiries are starting to come in again and I showed 626 Habart Road.

507 6th was shown twice over the weekend as well as 1713 Oberg Johnson Road. 1508 14th Avenue South and 1332 Selkirk Drive were also shown.

Spring Flowers and lots of rain here in Golden at the moment, it is welcome though, good for the garden! Showings this week include 1713 Oberg Johnson was shown twice, I showed an incomplete single family home up at KHMR, my client is looking to buy a property to make his own. 1612 Gareb Road and 738 Almberg Road were shown with the Almberg being the favorite. 1205 10th Avenue was also shown.
