Team Chambers has recently reduced in size....... by 9 - all our puppies are now happily in their new homes and things are a lot quieter around here. We had a successful trip to Kelowna to drop off 6 of the pups and spent some nice time with family and friends.

We have accepted offers on #53 Aspens, 507 6th Street and Lot #18, 1313 Campbell Road.

New listings are 503b 10th Street $325,000 +gst and #21 Aspens priced at $350,000 +gst

Price reductions include: #19 Whispering pines reduced by $60,000 to $599,000 inc gst making this a really good buy and 404 Mountaineer reduced to $375,000 +gst.

Showings include single family homes, whispering pines and selkirks at the ski hill, my client has now offered on an Aspen.

Things remain busy for us as we move into springtime and we expect this to continue, there is a refreshing buzz in the air as people start to come out of hibernation.....!

We have 3 accepted offers this week on:

#15 Chancellor Peak River Chalets listed at $249,900 +GST - a beautiful recreational property in between Kicking Horse and Lake Louise

1508 14th Avenue South listed at $369,900 a cherished family home with a peaceful ambience.

1611 Purcell Woods listed at $835,000+GST - a nice single family home at KHMR.

Showings this week include:

1403 Deere Ridge was shown amongst other showhomes on Canyon Ridge my clients are deliberating about now building their own property so I showed them the 1313 Campbell Road Lots. 1427 Adolph Johnson Road (now reduced to $392,500) and 811 Barber Road were shown, my clients also wanted to look at Lots so I showed them the 3 acre + Lots and they really liked a Lot on 1313 Campbell Road and now we are in the process of getting an accepted offer.

1508 14th Avenue South has been shown twice and also 1332 Selkirk Drive was shown. 507 6th Street was also shown.

Spring Fever is in the air and we can feel it here in Golden.
