Things continue to be busy in Golden. 607 6th Street was shown and also 504 10th street (duplex) to my client who is interested to see 504 10th again once Kitchens are completed. 1427 Adolph Johnson was shown twice and one set of clients seem very interested.

Glacier Lodge 111 is now SOLD and there are still quite a few enquiries coming in for ski hill property.
