The sun actually shined for a couple of days recently which was a very welcome change to the dreary weather we had been having. The good weather seems to have brought more people out too, there have been showings at 2010 McMurdo Road, 849 Crandall Road was shown a couple of times, 1508 14th, 805 11th was shown over the weekend and again today, price reduced to $359,900 should help this one and a few enquiries about the newly listed Habart Lot. So busy busy good to see that people are looking at real estate again, I think we will see a few offers in the near future.

New listings this week include 2021 Blaeberry Road for $790k - an absolute gem of a property with surround mountain views, creekside cabins and within walking distance across the properties acreage to the Blaeberry River. #21 Whispering Pines at the Ski Hill $479,900 (No GST) - one of the best townhouses with large den area and amazing views of the rocky mountains and true ski in ski out. A nice half acre Lot in Habart Subdivision #576c just minutes from town listed at $115,000. 776 Nicholson Frontage Road $179,900, nice views of Mount 7 from this home with large lot.

Interest is picking up lately, few more enquiries coming in and showings. I showed single family homes at the ski hill this long weekend including 1621 Purcell Woods and also some townhouses to returning clients - #7 Whispering Pines and #55 Aspens. McMurdo Road has been shown, 1311 Selkirk Drive, and 849 Crandall Road, I also showed my clients the Campbell Road Lots which are their preference, they are gathering more information regarding these Lots and we will see what happens. There is now a conditional offer on 1311 Selkirk Drive. Did find time to hike with the dogs this weekend and spend a little time with friends.

Recent showings include 2 bedroom Aspens Units and Whispering Pines Unit #7, clients liked the Aspens and will get back in touch soon. In town showing of 1311 Selkirk Drive, the clients are very interested and there looks like there is an offer coming in on it. New listings include 1615 Purcell Woods for $849,900, 1508 S 14th Avenue $379,900 and 1409 #19 N 11th Avenue $35,900. There is word of mortgage rates increasing very soon, as markets gain momentum things are starting to move again, if anyone is interested in getting these low rates, then best get pre-approved now and lock in at that rate before they rise.
