New listing this week is 1201 S 10th Avenue for $385k an historic home on the main road into Golden, there have been some external updates done on this property, inside needs some work but it has lots of potential and some beautiful original features. #'s 21 and 22 whispering Pines units and Unit #25 Aspens were shown last weekend. and the clients would prefer to rent at the moment but would like a year lease(Anyone looking for a long term renter). 2021 Blaeberry Road and Forde Station Road properties were shown but the people felt the properties might be a little big for them but do have other clients looking. 1311 and 1332 Selkirk Drive have been shown and that client put in a offer on another property. We have just received another offer on 805 10th Street and will see if it gets accepted.

Home are starting to appear in the Cedar Creek subdivision at KHMR and the summer season is underway up at the hill now.

New listings this week include 1332 Selkirk Drive for $432k, 412 Mountaineer (really good views of the Gondola/Plaza from this unit), 107 Glacier Lodge $249,900 +GST (large deck) and reduction in price of 111 Glacier lodge to $315,000 + GST.

Few offers coming in on properties and market seems to be moving again. Enquiries also picking up on in and out of town properties and lots. Blaeberry Road and Forde Station Road properties were shown this weekend, Forde Station Road seems to be the preference of these clients.

4 laning of the highway into Golden is in full force, the landscape is changing rapidly. We drove into the canyon a few days ago to have lunch at the new Kicking Horse rest stop, its very nice and is a good addition to the drive through from/to Calgary.

The Spirit Square project in Golden Town Center is in progress and the scenery is changing here also.

Another week of hot weather in Golden, tempatures reaching 30 celcius. The Market is still plugging along and we have had a few showings over the past week 805 10th Street (looks like an offer is coming in on this), 1508 14th Ave, 1066 Flemstrom road.

There are people looking around the ski hill and we have had one person looking at 1 -2 bedroom condo's, I showed #21 & #22 WP today, it went well and my clients will be in touch. There are also rumors of a possible offer on one of the homes at the hill, and we have SOLD 409 Palliser Lodge.

New listings are #22 Whispering Pines Listed at $650,000 No GST, this is one of the nicer End Units lots of space and vaulted ceilings and it has never been in the rental pool.
